This past Tuesday during our departments weekly drill night over 15 of our members reviewed how to properly deploy and use our life saving rope to effect a roof rope rescue. Yesterday The West Harrison Fire Department took delivery of a 2024 1000XP Polaris Ranger Northstar edition. The unit features a 9 horsepower electric pump with a 70 gallon water tank and a 3 gallon foam tank. The unit also features a removable stokes basket with seating capacity for up to 6 firefighters.
