On Tuesday December 3rd at approximately 0448 hours the West Harrison Fire Department was requested to relocate with Tower Ladder 9 to Port Chester while they were operating at a working structure fire. While enroute to the relocate Port Chester Car 2391 transmitted a second alarm which re directed Tower Ladder 9 to the scene.
